The European Investigative Journalism Conference

Thank you for all your ideas!

We have closed to call for proposals for now – and are so thankful for all the great ideas that you have shared with us for the next Dataharvest – the European Investigative Journalism Conference.

We have received twice the number of proposals we got in 2022, and all in all we have several hundred ideas and proposals. We take that as a sign, that the need for and interest in cross-border connections and tools are greater than ever!

We will now sort through all the ideas, combine, discuss, and try to make the best Dataharvest ever! But we also realize that there will not be enough space for all ideas.

If we go ahead with your idea, you will hear from us shortly – but please allow a bit of time for us to get the overview. On April 10, we expect to publish a program that is 85 per cent finished – still with room for last-minute additions.

Did you forget the deadline for proposals? Or do you have a publication in the pipeline that should be presented at Dataharvest 2023? Don’t despair! – the call for proposals will have a second round with last-minute ideas from April 11-19. And you can always reach us on media@journalismarena.eu.

Have you registered yet? Don’t forget that both the Dataharvest conference and the master classes on Thursday June 1 have limited space!
